Great service, great quality, beautiful watch

TOKYObay put in a new battery for my beautiful watch and replaced for free the case which had been damaged in transit. When I had some questions they answered right away on email and were very helpful and kind. I love TOKYObay watches!! My college-aged daughter is hooked on her TOKYObay watch now too. We love the soft leather watch bands and neat color combinations and styles, and now I'm glad to say that they also have great customer service.

a-ok ! this is the fourth time I have sent my watch in for battery replacement...
$ 29.99 for the service and $ 7 to send it...I LOVE my watch. I wish someone had cleaned the face before sending it back ....

When I called to find ou why I hadn’t received my watch back, Morgan inquired for me and explain that I accidentally did not include myname or return address and that they were waiting to hear from me. She was very pleasant and helpful. I am very happy with all the service I have had and I love my Tokyobay watch.

Best watch I have owned

For a long time I didn’t wear a watch. It’s actually been 40 years since I last owned a watch. My reasons were comfort on my wrist and thinking I didn’t need one.
