I Love TokyoBay!

My son, daughter-in-law and I began collecting your robot clocks after they found one in a collectibles shop about 4 years ago. We have purchased them online from all over the world, it’s really fun and exciting when they come up for sale. Needless to say, it made my heart stop for a moment when I saw your addition of the keychain robots in Great colors recently. I had to buy them all, one set for me and one set for my son and his wife for Christmas.
The couple of times there has been an issue (damage in shipping, factory defects) your customer service is So Nice and always resolves the issue immediately!
I’m hoping you’ll continue to add more Tanks, Rivet, Helmut head, latch, Oilpan and Tokibot in new colors!
