Fantastic experience

I can only speak about the company since I ordered the wrong band size. However, I received a very courteous email the next day letting me know I could exchange the band without any issues.

Replacement bandIs perfect came in just a few days it’s a really pretty rosy red my husband put it on my watch fairly easily the whole process was effortless and I used your online chat to determine what size I needed
