Above and Beyond

I sent my two watches in to have the batteries replaced. The person who worked on them sent me a note that one of the watches had corrosion inside and as such, they would replace the watch for me as a one time courtesy. They went above and beyond on this! I have had my TB watches for 10 years now and this is only the second time I’ve had to replace the batteries. The customer service people are incredibly attentive and kind. I have had nothing but a great experience so far-both owning and maintaining my TB watches.

I really like the Watch band that came with my watch. I'm not that fond of the 2 tone but I don't hate it. It's good quality

Love the watch - don't like the new band. It's thicker than the original one, stiffer, with rough tan sides and half tan band. I miss the plain black, softer lower profile band that was on the watch when I bought it but no longer avsilable.
