        Amazing Product, Amazing Service!

        I've loved your watches for years and ordered some of your products for holiday gifts. There was a glitch in the order. I had barely hit "send" on contacting your team before the issue was resolved and done so in a way that both solved the problem and acknowledged the inconvenience to me.         Time is All I Want

        I have many none - working watches lying in drawers in my home. Many battery replacements. Finally, I find myself without a watch to wear and unable to view the time of day. I ordered your watch and cannot take it off. I love the size and style. No fuss. I can view the time without a fuss. I like the leather band. It alleviates the skin irritation I was having with plastic watch bands.

        Just like I remember

        I used to own a red Tramette that I loved as a kid, which went mysteriously missing… I was able to get this Tram in red (plus a turquoise one for someone else), and I still love the design, the sound, and the color. It’s definitely heavier than other watches I’ve owned (I think the chunkiness is part of the appeal), and the hands are the tiniest bit off-kilter (the turquoise one is perfectly aligned), but it keeps time really well and above all makes me happy.

        Too big

        I sent it back!

        Sorry to hear the sizing was too big. The smaller version of this watch, the Tramette, will be restocking in August 2022 - if you like the look of the Tram Red we recommend you try it in the smaller size once it is available! Let us know of any questions at hello@tokyobay.com
