I love this watch! The style and color (I went with the gray band) go with everything, and it is attractive without calling too much attention to itself. It has a muted, old-school vibe that makes it feel both fresh and classic at the same time. Size is nice; not too big and not too small. I have had other Tokyo Bay watches in the past and have found them to be a quality product and a good value.

When I called to find ou why I hadn’t received my watch back, Morgan inquired for me and explain that I accidentally did not include myname or return address and that they were waiting to hear from me. She was very pleasant and helpful. I am very happy with all the service I have had and I love my Tokyobay watch.

I am a big fan of wristwatches. Love the different styles (faces, bands, etc.) and enjoy having different ones to match my outfits. So much better than smart watches as they each have their unique style! I absolutely love this watch! The numbers are beautifully printed and unique. It radiates charm and coolness without trying too hard. That's my favorite part. But it's a very practical watch too. The watch face is large and so it is very easy to read. The tiny band emphasizes the large watch face and the color of the band is SO pretty! It's also a comfy watch to wear. Thank you for such a gorgeous timepiece!

This is my second one as I also have it in Navy. It is my favorite watch. It looks great and it is easy to read in alll light situations.

Over 15 years ago, I purchased a watch from a small store iin Olympia, WA. Much of the appeal was that my wife liked the unusual detail on the leather watchband -- a style they call Smith 22mm. Over the years, the band has worn out with the assistance of grandchildren picking at it. When I tried to replace it, I was told that it was discontinued. Customer Service, however, managed to locate a lone survivor somewhere in stock and the watch looks as good as new. With the grandchildren a bit older, maybe this one will last a lifetime.

The customer service was exceptional and then there was the Added Delight----when I ordered an extra strap in my favorite color, I received another unexpected complimentary extra one in one of my other colors! Unbelievable! And oh so nice!!! Absolutely 10 out of 10.

This is my 4th Tokyobay watch and very pleased!
It is a large face watch, easy to read at a glance. Love the touch of blue with hands & number highlights, probably what caught my eye. The gray band looks perfect with it. A good purchase.
